Customized diatonic harmonicas built by Bob Meehan are louder, last longer and play a lot better than stock harmonicas.

Sealed wood comb is waterproof, and has a nice "furniture like" finish, the cover plates are reshaped, the backs are opened up "prewar" style to let more sound out, this also makes it stronger. There is extra clearance to eliminate the one hole draw rattle. The most important thing is that the reeds and reedplates are rebuilt for optimum balance, responsiveness, longer life, and overall playability. There is over six hours of labor in each harp. You can design your own custom harp using Hohner MS components. The "action" will be "set up" for your style of playing. Overblow setup is available at no extra cost. Tuning options are either equal or tempered. If you don't know what is right for you, I will help you decide.

There is an average turnaround time of 6 - 8 weeks.

I use Insured First Class or Priority Mail. Please include $8 for one harp and $1 for each additional harp.
